If you want to add an email recipient to receive notification when Portfolio updates the current search suggestion list for a specific profile, use the Current Email List fields on the Edit Search Suggestions page for the search profile. You can use these fields to remove an email recipient from the email list for the search profile so that user will no longer receive email messages about search suggestion list changes for the search profile.
To add or remove an email address from an individual search profile
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Search Suggestions from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Select the name of the search profile for which you want to modify the email list. |
The Edit Search Suggestions page displays. (See Fields: Edit Search Suggestions for descriptions of fields and options on the page.)
| 4 | Do one of these actions: |
| • | In the Add Email field, type the email address that you want to add to the email list in the search profile, and choose Add Email. |
| • | In the Current Email List field, select the email address that you want to remove from the email list in the search profile, and choose Remove. |
| 5 | Choose OK to save your changes, or choose Cancel to discard your changes and return to Search Suggestions. |
